Nasser Azizi was born in Tehran on March 21, 1970 (1 Farvardin 1349). He began his formal education in painting at the Tehran School of Fine Arts. After receiving his diploma in 1991, he continued his university studies at Islamic Azad University in Tehran, earning his bachelor’s degree in 1995 and completing his master’s degree in painting in 1997.

Throughout his career, Azizi has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Iran and internationally, including exhibitions in Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Qatar, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. He has also participated in international art symposiums in France and Slovakia.

Although the influence of artists such as Pablo Picasso and Vladimir Gazovic—whose work inspired Azizi during his years of study and artistic development—can be traced beneath the surface of his paintings, his independent perspective on art and life has given his work a distinctive and unique identity.
